Absolutely love vets 4 pets bury, wouldn’t take our dog anywhere else now. So caring, understanding and helpful of our baby and his needs and always happy to answer all our questions and worries. Never feel like a bad dog mum if he gets sick, simply amazing to have such great support locally. Thank you 🐶

This is the best vet in the area for small pets! I called about my gerbil and spoke to a very lovely woman who related to having and loving tiny pets, she gave me some good advice and reassurance over the phone and booked me in with a vet for later that same day.
I can't say enough good things about the vet, Melissa, who saw my gerbils. She was clearly very knowledgeable and I felt like my pets were in safe hands. She was very reassuring, kind and caring toward me when I was worried, and she took great care of my gerbils. Now my little boy is making a full recovery thanks to her treatment and advice! If you are looking for a vet who is knowledgeable in the treatment of small animals vets for pets, and specifically Melissa, are really great!

Staff are amazing, really get to no you and your pet. Everything was explained clearly and they put my worries at ease. They go the extra mile with my pets and are so friendly. Would highly recommend

The vets and the receptionist are friendly, caring, compassionate and couldn’t fault anyone with what they do. We have been at bury st edmunds vets4pets for a while and very happy and would not go anywhere else. Two of the people who work at that practice are Melissa and Stephanie and we have been absolutely happy with everything they have done and they definitely need so much praise.

The staff here were phenomenal with my dog! She can be slightly reactive and really isn't a fan of strangers or being at the vets. But both the nurse and the vet understood her needs completely and let me stay with her and treated her with such care. I've been to a few other vet offices and have never been anywhere where she was accepted so easily. Additionally, they were clear with me and listened to my concerns and also worked around my schedule.

Fine when you see the vet, but every time we go they're running behind, usually at least 15 minutes, sometimes half an hour or more. Time to move on I think.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff helped my rescue dog Nori get adjusted to her new home. She had a bacterial infection in her stomach when she arrived, which the vet diagnosed with a simple medication and when that didn't work, they ran tests which led us to the right medication! Huge relief.

Took my dog in as he had a lump in his mouth, I got told there is no lump bit still has the lump quite clearly so I've had to pay to make him another appointment at another vets. Not happy with the service.
