Very respectful and have a lovely team of people. Happy to help over the phone first rather than pushing for a vet appointment. Clean, bright and everyone is very professional.

Had to book an appointment this morning after I uncovered my birds to find the one had a very swollen ankle, called up 3 different vets. Avian vets around Staffordshire wanted around £300 for a consultation and then were worried about anaesthetic as they said alot of birds don't come out of it. Donnachie & Townley book an emergency appointment within half an hour of me calling. I was struggling to catch her, so called the vets and explained and they moved the appointment for an extra 15 mins so we had chance to get there. Got her in, didn't take long for her to be seen. They had to gas her in the box that we brought her in, got the ring off, checked her over, and she was out. Very good prices, got seen super quickly, super friendly and knowledgable staff. So happy with how she came out. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Will be recommending to everyone I know with pets. 100% best vets in Stafford.

Very thankful for their knowledge and compassion. They have dog biscuits & water available.
They have a large walk on set of scales that is very useful of you want to quickly check your pets weight.

Really friendly staff Their pet club where you pay a monthly fee is great for budgeting as it includes annual check up and injections as well as flea and worming tablets plus a monthly cleaning of dogs glands. Well worth it. Can usually get appointments fairly quickly too.

Awesome vets. I highly recommend the pet plan. Free 6month check ups and yrly injections. All for 12.50 a month.

Disappointed after being a customer for years!

I understand we are all human and we all make mistakes but I expect responsibility to be taken and an apology to be made.

A staff member was extremely rude to me on the telephone and even put the telephone down on me, I simply called to request a call back off a manager to discuss a matter to do with a family member and to request flea treatment for my cat (I didn't even get to request this).
I called back and spoke to a different person who logged my request, received a call off management and explained that I was upset by the appalling customer service I had received and that I expected better after being a loyal customer for years and didn't even get what I would consider to be a gracious apology. I discussed another issue with the manager that involves a family member and got no resolution to this either, it ended in a heated exchange and accusations being made.
Not a professional way to run a business or deal with customers.

The matter I wished to discuss involving a family member is not a viable excuse to treat me so badly, nor was it a viable excuse to put the phone down on me when I was being polite.

I will be taking my complaint further and my pets will be registered with a new vets, I cannot trust a vets with my pets healthcare when they clearly have no interest in correcting their mistakes or even apologising appropriately without making up ridiculous excuses for their staff members appalling behaviour.

Absolutely top-notch service and communication. You can tell that everyone who works there really cares for the animals and all my questions were answered quickly. Professional, helpful and caring, as well as excellent pricing. Everything you could want from a vet.

Always seen on time, always friendly and helpful staff I can't fault anything about this place at all
