Took my new very worried dog in for a minor eye problem the staff fitted me in last thing to help us out. She was made at ease by the receptionist feeding her little bits of fish paste the lady vet was very good with her and so gentle I would recommend this vets to any one .We left with a happy dog a relived owner and advice on how to help my little dog.The vet I visited was at South Normanton.

Extremely friendly staff, whether that be a phonecall, or the front desk. The vet was very kind and understanding. They let me know about all treatment needed and gave a run down of all costs, prior to me booking my dogs operation.

I was able to get my cat in on a same day appointment with no problems. The reception staff are very friendly. The Vet (sorry, can't remember her name) was very thorough and took her time examining my cat. She offered various options and helped me decide on one without trying to influence the more expensive treatment. I strongly recommend this practice to anybody.

The vet was thorough and asked if I had any concerns, gave me info and reassured me. I'm however not impressed with the cost of things. I'd say very overpriced indeed and will be looking to go elsewhere.
