Excellent, fast surgery on my dog at short notice and at a sensible price.

Because of Covid19 they insist on masks, hand-cleansing and say they're operating strictly 'by appointment only'. In principle, it's sound.

However, when six or more dogs, cats, and other pets, including stressed ones like my extremely reactive one, turn up at the SAME appointment time and are then made to sit unattended with their masked owners in the SAME room for 20-30 minutes, it doesn't feel very much like an appointment at all. It feels discourteous and an unnecessary risk to all during this epidemic.

Amazing service and the vet that did puppy jabs was fantastic and the young lady that helped was fantastic excellent service

Brilliant vets my dog is registered here and I find them to be extremely helpful with questions and advice and talk me through the process on what they are doing each step off the way and very friendly staff. My dog ain't all that great with other pets so we waited outside and the staff member was happy to come outside to call us in they even accept to pay later at intervals what ever you can afford on the day which is amazing for struggling pet owners overhaul great service friendly and professional I would recommend 😀

I have found Wern Vets to be very professional and helpful on every occasion I have taken my girls there.

Usually, no matter where you live you tend to only have a choice of one or possibly two vet surgeries within your local area. This makes us incredibly fortunate to have this excellent surgery near us. We had to have our poor little 19 year-old girl cat put to sleep a few months ago and the team at Wern were so compassionate and accomodating with us (especially considering the current Covid situation) and helped us and our cat tremendously through this difficult time. Great advice given both in-person and over the phone. Very reasonable prices, even during out-of-hours, and all the team are so friendly and pleasant. I only hope that when we move in the future we can find another place as good as this.
