Mochdre Vets

Very good vets, they have separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs which is great especially if your pet gets anxious around other animals. The lady vet that gave Alfie his booster injection was lovely and very friendly talking to Alfie all the time which kept him nice and calm. She also gave him a thorough check up at what seemed to me to be a very reasonable price. I transferred to Mochdre vets as I wasn't happy with my previous vets and I cannot fault them and I would recommend them.

I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Very professional team of vets, nurses and receptionists. What I like about this practice is that you're not just a name on the database, everyone knows your pet and you. At my recent visit, the vet explained clearly what the course of treatment was for my dog, what medication she was perscribing and I felt comfortable asking questions. Sarah has looked after 2 of my dogs now and it's great when you can say that your dog enjoys a trip to the vets. Its great that the practice offers alternative treatments such as laser treatment and hydrotherapy. Certainly a vet in the 21st century.

I took Fox in my Pomchi as he wasn't well, it turned out he has a couple of tumours I spoke to the vet beforehand about my financial situation and because of this I was offered a payment plan which was a relief, they were extremely understanding. I have to say that Mochdre Vets are wonderful, the staff are very friendly and helpful, everything was explained clearly I have no worries now, Fox is in excellent hands. The cost is also very good more affordable than some other vets I definitely recommend this veterinary clinic your made to feel welcome no matter what your worries are.a big thank you to all staff and vets.

Our lovely Cocker Spaniel, Sid, was seen yesterday as an emergency, by the out of hours Vet at the Practice with a suspected stroke ☹️.
The Vet was great and the service we received was excellent. We're pleased to report that he's doing very well this morning 👍😃.

I cannot thank the staff at Mochdre vets enough. They are so professional & thorough, they treated & cared for my dog like he was their own after a routine castration operation which got badly infected & was touch & go for a while. They stayed with him through the nights he was there & never gave up on him & supported me through out a really difficult time. We were even allowed to visit him even on a Sunday. There is not words to describe the praise I have for the wonderful staff at the clinic.

Really disappointed, as newly registered client I was not impressed at how long we had to wait resulting in my elderly dog getting very anxious - I mentioned it to the the receptionist who told me I could wait outside (in the rain) she was rude, uninterested with no empathy at all and was far more interested in talking to other members of staff. Shame as the nurse we met previously was lovely. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.

Absolutely amazing and reasonably priced practice. They have looked after all my animals and the whole families animals, they were also so so kind and caring when I put my cat of 17 years to sleep last year (pic of him attached in his prime for cuteness) I couldn’t thank this practice enough
