Thankyou to the male and female vets (sorry I didn’t get your names) that helped me see my old friend off. Compassionate and understanding. Thankyou both.

compared to my normal veterinary practice it was dirty did not smell the best.. I didn't want to put my dog on the floor.. you could tell it had not been cleaned due to the peeling damp paint under the chairs and dust and hair in the corners. the staff were great and helpful tho.

The rudest vets I have ever come across rolling the eyes back not listening can’t complain to the owner as he’s worse my experience was beyond bad

Excellent service and lovely caring staff.

We have been with Teilo Vets for 13 years, and not once have they ever let us or are animals down.
They always go above & beyond for the animals, all ways thinking of how the owners feel too, as if its there own animal.
The team there are fantastic, so thank you all.
