St. David Veterinary Centre, Llanishen

These guys went above and beyond the norm and really helped me when no other vets were available anywhere. They were relatively cheap, very kind and patient, and most importantly my very sick dog Bella got very much better within days of seeing the vet.

I love these guys and I will be returning if they'll have us back.

I spoke to a nice man a few days ago. Then I spoke to a woman called Jo who was incredibly rude and even refused 3 times to tell me her name. I was trying to get an earlier visit yet she said she couldn't hear and managed to answer my quations and managed to hear me tell her that her attitude needs to change. She even tried to shout at me. My line was fine and could hear me. I cant believe that happened after I spoke to a nice man the other day. St Davids get rid of her. I'm actually considering registering elsewhere.

I have an extremely anxious dog and they always go above and beyond to greet him and make him comfortable, I love the no fear approach to getting him to the vets. For the first time ever he went in today happily and wagging and thats all down to the wonderful staff making his visit as fun and pleasant as possible. The best vets I've ever been to and would highly recommend to everyone.

I cannot recommend St David’s vets enough. We attend the Llanishen branch with our Labrador and have done for the past 9 years. I wouldn’t consider taking our dog elsewhere. Over the years they’ve fixed him up after various ailments/incidents, always with a gentle, calm manner. The care they provide is second to none, so much so that my dog gets very excited about going there (maybe something to do with the treats and pats).
He has just had a tumour removed and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else. The aftercare has been excellent and the staff are very patient and understanding.
Our pet insurance claims have been handled very quickly by the practice (and with minimal effort from myself), meaning we are not out of pocket.
Thanks to all at St David’s for the fantastic care over the years.

I have been very satisfied will all aspects of the practice. All the staff have been very polite amd helpful and my dog has been seen by a few of the vets and all have a lovely manner with my pet and all treatmwnt has been carefully explained. I recommend this practice.

Would highly recommend St David Vets, everyone at the centre are always helpful & kind, they always go out of their way to help. Claire Masling Jones is just the best, she ALWAYS go's above and beyond with our dogs. If I could rate 10 stars then I would as dont think 5 is enough for St David

Excellent service and friendly staff all round. Phoned at half eight and had an appointment at 9.45. Also the option of using the Pentwyn surgery if needed. Highly recommend.

The staff at the Llanishen practice are exceptional. Always making time to listen, sensitively examine our dogs and to provide comprehensive information. When they are focussed on our pets, it is evident they are not distracted by what is happening in the busy practice. As clients, we feel valued and respected. The expertise demonstrated by the vets is at the highest level. Really can’t recommend this practice highly enough. Thank you for all you do to make us feel confident that we are getting the best possible care for our dogs. 😊
