Today one of the children I childmind braught a teddy jess in like aunty Julie's real jess so both could have pin. The friendliness and same fun humour of taking teddy jess in too without even asking them was so lovely and little mans face was priceless. Thank you for taking good care of real jess the cat and dyn Bach teddy jess.

1st day of holiday... Our old boy Alfie (collie x Lab, 10 years old) dislocated his elbow in 2 places as they were closing. They stayed open 40 minutes for us to get him seen to, got him drugged up, all nice and comfortable, borrowed us a cage and booked us in to get an xray sorted before we tried to.

Next day they got him xrayed and were honest with us that they'd need to operate and it would be something new for Celyn and lowered the cost as much as they could. They sorted him out, gave us the meds he needed. Fashioned a little waterproof sock for his bandage too!

Can't speak highly enough of them!

I had to attend this practice when one of my cats was unfortunately killed in a road accident. They were so kind and understanding, and cleaned him up as best they could before I got there. I was very grateful to them for the way they treated both him and myself. If I lived near there I would certainly consider going to them regularly.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. They managed to squeeze us in for an emergency appointment even though they were busy. Thank you for the great service when in a time of need!
