We have been with Vets4Pets for just over three years with three beautiful boys. Sadly, we lost our one dog ‘Anuck’ yesterday on the 3rd July and we cannot thank the vets enough for what they did.

A week before, we took him to the vets to which they gave him antibiotics and anti-inflammatory injections followed up by a full blood test, check over and more antibiotics to be sent home with. They even tried to get him to eat some food while at one appointment due to him not wanting to eat.

Yesterday morning we woke up to find him more unwell after slowly getting better and rung for an emergency appointment to explain what the situation was and have him checked out; he was on his way to the vets when he passed away in the car.

Upon arriving, the vet was ready and we informed him of the passing and they assisted us outside checking him out before we brought him inside. They allowed us to cry and to let everything out while allowing us to say our final goodbyes and inform us of the next steps. They did not charge us anything for the emergency appointment and time we had taken from other appointments. They allowed Anuck to have his dignity until the Funeral home picked him up and took care of him from there.

The entire team of Vets4Pets have always been brilliant with our boys who are extremely hyper and loving, but they have shown Anuck comfort and confidence where he lacked due to previous years with another family.

Thank you for everything, especially Jose and Sean. To those who are looking for a place where it is extremely clear they care for each animal, please look no further.

Disgusting. I am staying with family in the area and my dog has an ear infection. I had rung around a couple of vets, but they had no appointments, so I rang these greedy clowns. I was told that as I am not registered with Vets4Pets, I would be required to pay a fee of £80 to have her looked at - in two days at 10am. That is the kind of you fee you pay at 2am on a Sunday, not mid-morning on a Thursday. Absolutely disgusted and I think it is obvious where the priorities lie - not with the animals, but with the ka-ching of the till.
The one good point was the lady on the phone - she was great.

Initially I was told that there wouldn’t be any appointments for vaccinations until November, however, after explaining that SuLin needed hers fr daycare, they were very accommodating and fitted me in. When we arrived, the receptionists made a fuss of SuLin (sorry can’t remember their names) and was very patient when trying to weigh SuLin. The vet, Tizzy, made a fuss over SuLin for a good while beforehand re starting the health check. Unfortunately, he found infection in both ears and was very caring in his examination, getting Jose in to assist holding her, as she was in pain. Jose made a fuss of SuLin whilst Tizzy got her steroid injection ready. Unfortunately, she couldn’t have her vaccines and Tizzy explained the treatment and when we needed to return. They were excellent in their care and service.

Friendly team, clean and comfortable waiting area and efficient service. The cat actually seems to enjoy going even when he's unwell as the staff are so kind to him.

Very friendly staff, and they genuinely care about my Bearded Dragon, Jeff. We received an excellent service when they cut his nails as well. Will keep returning!
