Bailey had an infection in both ears and was in a great deal of discomfort. Serena came out to the car park in the rain to take her in for examination. She cleaned out the gunk in Bailey's ears and prescribed drops. Not only was her initial examination and treatment effective but her follow up was exemplary too. First class service again from St James Vets.

Was hard finding a vet last minute for my puppy to have his vaccination. Receptionist when above and beyond to help me and was able to find me a vet not too far away. Great experience overall definitely recommend.

I had to visit Whitegates surgery due to my aged dog having dental problems. Given her age I was very nervous what the examinations outcome might be. I saw a vet named Rhian. She was fantastic, put my mind at rest, was very gentle with my dog (who was frightened ) and very friendly, clear and concise explaining my options. Rhian would be a credit to any surgery as she left me clear as to what was going on and calmed me without trying...my dog even warmed to her which is a first for a vet. Thankyou Rhian. The two ladies who were front of house were also very welcoming and chatty and in a nutshell backed up Rhians great work. The Whitegates surgery is highly recommended by both my dog and I 👍👌

The treatment given to all my pets was the best you could get. Recently had to lose one of my dogs and becky Williams the vet who cared and treated Cloud in his last months came to the house to do the final end and she done it with such care and dignity it was unbelievable. Also the nurse that was with her also did a fantastic job helping . Yes I would certainly give full marks to them.

Excellent vet service treated our puppy as if he was her own by understanding all his needs with treatment and also greeting him with such a wonderful manner made him feel so happy and relaxed 😌 Excellent very happy 😊
