The Ladies at Ddole Road Vets are wonderful...... They are all very friendly, helpful and caring. Sally looked after our 'Jack' like He was her own....I cant recommend them all enough.

The vets at Ddole Road are wonderful. Last year our dog Milo needed his tail removing due to a cancerous growth. He is getting on a bit & was so anxious & terribly vocal about every visit. The vets Alice & Jane were brilliant with him. Thank you so much ladies for caring for my old boy in such an amazing way:)

We have no complaints whatsoever about the treatment offered to our dogs during the time we have been clients of Ddole Road, nor about the subsequent aftercare or welcome the dogs (and we) receive on our arrival.

What a fantastic veterinary practice. Our very sick cat was seen by Alice and Gareth, and the compassion, empathy and genuine heartfelt humanity that was shown towards us, as well as our cat, was exemplary. Their ability to break down the scientific information for a 'lay' audience to access and understand, is testament to their many skills and abilities. At our cat's moment of need, they never once faltered in their professionalism. These vets are very fine ambassadors for the surgery. We will be forever grateful for their dedication and kindness. Fantastic people skills. We have no hesitation in recommending this veterinary practice.

Worst vet I have ever taken my pet to. Complete disregard for the health of an animal just profit driven. Lies after lies from all members of staff. Medical records edited that conflict with information given to me.
I regret taking my pet, who suffered greatly at the the hands of Ddole vets, to this so called veterinary clinic.

I brought my kitten, Sassy to them. I had only got her a few days ago. She had severe scoulding due to an accident in her previous home. I did not like the look of her wounds, so brought her to the vets. They helped me with funding, due to my kitten's situation. I am a registered nurse. With their kind, considerable help, and my knowledge, she has very nearly healed. The practice has gone above and beyond to help me and my kitten. Sassy is only 4 months old.
