Extraordinarily expensive! And seemingly not very efficient - they prescribed dog medication for my cat! (in error of course!).

These folk have been our vets since we moved to area over five years ago. Caring, compassionate and understanding. I travelled an hour and a half when my dog became ill while away from home recently and they provided top care. I simply won’t have anyone else look after my pets. I’ve heard complaints about the cost, but you get what you pay for - and it would be difficult to find top notch care that comes anywhere close to the value that this surgery provides.

If you want a decent vet. That doesn’t rip you off and doesn’t do unnecessary procedures, but helps you through when expensive procedures are necessary- these are the people.

My dog actually loves coming here. Now that says something, considering his medical history.

Unfortunately not able to give 0 stars! Took them 7 months to diagnose my dog with campolabacter which was diagnosed with a simple blood test! Kept going up there every 3 weeks or so ftom when she was 8 weeks old, as she was having bloody stool and vomiting, she hadn't eaten for 2 weeks and hadn't drank any fluids for a week. She was basically on the brink of death as a 7 month old puppy! They kept giving us probiotics and telling us that we were feeding her the wrong food and making us feel incompetent of looking after our dog! Once she was diagnosed they gave her the wrong antibiotics, which were resistant to this condition. We were told that if she displays any symptoms to give them a call and they will give her the right medication... sadly our dog was displaying those same symptoms again, rang the vets and they have refused to treat her, kept saying that it was her food again and because we weren't happy with this they have told us to find another vets! Absolutely disgusting service from this vets, I would highly recommend going anywhere else!

Have used this Vet for years now. Wouldn't take my 2 dogs anywhere else. Very professional and caring. Excellent service.
