Reception are always very welcoming and very polite.

Well, if I could leave 0 stars I would! Recently moved to the area and wanted to register my dog. Was asked if he was a puppy, when I said no, he is 13, was told they are not taking on new clients. Can’t help but think if he was a puppy they would have accepted him as they would have made more money out of him over the years. They couldn’t even recommend a different vets and didn’t even ask what the problem with him was. Clearly seem to care more about the money than the animals they claim to love. As someone who used to work in a vets I’m disgusted and disappointed in their attitude toward my poor boy.

I took my 15 year old male cat yesterday 24 th August 2022 as a Emergency appointment due to him not being well for the last 30 hours. The receptionist was very helpful, polite and caring. I got a appointment very quickly saw the vet which done tests and injections on my cat explained everything which was wrong with my cat. You can tell all the staff that work here love and really care for the animals Expensive price's but worth the money.

I've always had positive experiences at Highfield and cannot thank them enough for the kindness and sensitivity they showed when I had to make the difficult decision to put my dog to sleep. I would definitely recommend them.

My nervous Romanian ex-feral (who I've had 6 years and dearly love) needed an operation. Mark, the vet, and all the staff, were so kind and wonderful in their handling. The op went well, and he has passed his check-up. Back to his old self, and still goes happily into that surgery. Thank you so much, Highfield!
