The nurses and vets here are fabulous. Despite the fact that we are on benefits they treat our girls like princesses. They are kind, caring and knowledgeable. The surgery is clean and welcoming and on the phone they are friendly and professional. If it were not for the clinic here I would not be able to care for and keep my girls due to our decline in circumstances. Thank you for keeping us together.

Brilliant vets and and receptionist so kind and will explain everything to you. We've only had our dog 9 weeks but had her in for her injections and to be spayed. The staff here just put your mind at rest and give your pets first class treatment. We even received a call the day after surgery to see if everything was ok and if we had any concerns to ring the emergency number no matter what time of day or night. We will always take her here from now on.... don't forget if you are on benefits you also get a discount for certain things too

Cat was very comfortable and relaxed with the vet and she explained everything that we needed to do to get her better- feel as if there is a chance my cat will improve with the medication given to me and the advice on what food to feed her-was worried about my pet now i feel much more reassured

Good clinic, but it’s been hard to contact them lately, my daughters cat needed emergency care, she was registered here but we couldn’t get her seen. She passed away.

The RSPCA has went downhill recently and almost always refuse call-outs in the area of Preston & Surrounding areas.

Awful practice. Not only does it take ages to get thorugh to them, but they don't advise properly on the intake of medicine, giving you mixed information due to having different vets everytime you go. You don't feel like your pet is being handled by professional and don't feel confident at all that they are giving you the right information. The insurance department always take ages to process the claim and you have to chase this up several times before it gets completed.

The vet told me my cat was pretty much going to die after a car hit her. She wanted 360 pounds to OBSERVE her overnight !!! I chose to take her home and nursed her back to health myself. She is absolutely fine now alive and well ❤️
