AVOID AVOID AVOID
Completely and utterly incompetent. I need details to pass to my insurance company for my dogs operation, and yet despite other vets doing similar whilst on the phone, Cornyard vets have left it over a week and still no joy. My dog is in need of treatment and these vets are hindering this. I have been calling them daily and still nothing
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This is the second time I have been here very caring and very honest vet, on both occasions we had to have our dogs put to sleep. Sue is one of the best vets that we have gone to. Would highly recommend here for an honest answer to any questions you might have to do with your pets.

We have been seeing Sue for about a year with our little dog who is no longer with us. But Sue has been amazing she was so good with looking after our little girl and when the time came to let her go Sue was on hand at 3am in the morning. This lady is caring and dedicated to the animals in her care and that’s the reason she is so popular and very busy. Thank you Sue for all that you do.

I brought my puppy in on the 3rd for routine worming and flea treatment. Was told they didnt have the worming meds and would ring me. I rang them 3 days later after getting no call and was told it would be a week and bot within a week as i thought she said. So i rang them on the 10th and still no meds. I rang today, after waiting 10 days, and surely worming meds are such a common treatment for vets it cant take a week to sort it but i was told by the receptionist she was unsure if ny meds had arrived and would have a look and call me back, an hour later still no call. I rang again and was told they would call me around 6, so i gave up and went to the petshop. I am cancelling my plan with them after this. The reason i gave two was because the vet is great, real caring and helpful but to be told theyre unsure after waiting 10 days for something i was sure vets would have a constant supply of is a joke

Edit, these people won't let me speak to anyone in charge, they took a payment after I cancelled, they told me it wasn't that they didn't have the medication, it wasn't that they wouldn't give me the medication, but couldn't answer why after 2 weeks of asking for one of the most common vetinary medications that I had already paid for, I still didn't have it. Be careful with these, the vet is a lovely caring woman, but seems rushed off her feet every time I have been and now I can see why she got suspended for not taking notes properly

Please don’t take your pets to this vets the owner is completely insane and is full of lies I took my cat there to be spayed on Wednesday 27th July they apparently had a lot of emergencies on that day so they kept her overnight to do it he next day I rang in morning to check she was ok to be told she had escaped the night before no phone call or email to let me know this had happened and she still hasn’t been found 30th July 😡😡😡😡

Zero stars. We moved to another vet because Sue seemed to be completely incompetent and wouldn’t want to get down to the roots of my dog’s problems, she would fob us off with some new food that apparently would help - it didn’t! When we moved vets, they said our dog is very unwell and needs some scans etc... We asked Sue to forward on our dog’s medical records and she refused, saying they had been lost. She even told us that most vets don’t keep records - delusional much!? We cannot access our insurance without these vital medical records. It has been many months and she still won’t pass us the medical records, in which time our dog’s health is getting much worse! I know just by looking at other reviews that we are not the only ones in this situation, and it doesn’t take much searching to see that she has already been struck off in the past for this exact reason! She needs to be struck off permanently so she can’t be allowed to keep on harming animals!

I cannot recommend Sue more. She is an absolutely phenomenal vet, and person all round.
We have faced some complicated medical issues relating to one of our cats, and Sue has been fantastic. She is very attentive, and clearly knows her stuff - we are absolutely certain that this is why our little chap has massively exceeded the life expectancy of cats with his condition.
I have had the misfortune of needing to see a lot of different vets and specialists around the country over the years (we have taken in a lot of unwell/unwanted pets), and I can categorically say that in terms of both skill and empathy - Sue is the absolute best vet we have ever used without question.

One of the most thorough and experienced vets I've ever met. Patient, caring and empathetic approach to the animal's care and wellbeing. The surgery is tucked away in East End and you wait outside in an outdoor waiting area, but don't be put off by this. Highly recommended.
