We have 3 dogs now, the new addition is Misty, we took her for a health check. Jo was the vet on the day and she had so lovely. Caring, proffessional and knowledgeable. The receptionists are polite and pleasant.

Many thanks for the lovely sympathy card after having to put our beloved dog Ben to sleep. Staff were very dignifies and empathetic which was appreciated during a difficult time. Thank you.

I have a very big and difficult dog they were more than happy to come for a home visit and give him the medicine and treatment he needed. Cannot recommend this vet enough they were nice and friendly and accommodating I’ve dealt with so many obnoxious and condescending vets I couldn’t believe how helpful and wonderful these vets were. Highly recommend to anyone with big dogs who need a bit more help.

I have just returned from Bush lane vets in Ammanford, this is the third time I have visited the practice with my kitten, this visit was for her second vaccination. When I first rang the vets to get a price for vaccinations I was told £51, the vet informed me that the kitten was to small to have both jabs and that I would have to come back, on my return visit I was charged again another £51. When I questioned this I was told that I was being abusive and if I didn't like it I could take my custom elsewhere. If I'd have had both jabs at the first appointment I would have only paid the quoted price. The woman who spoke to me, spoke to me like I was something that she'd stepped in. I will be taking my custom elsewhere as suggested and I suggest that the said woman get a promotion to anti sales co ordinator. Your attitude is dispicable.

Very helpful and friendly staff who were a pleasure to visit. I'm sure that they'll look after our little dog well for years to come.
