The Adaptil spray dose not appear to work but I live in hope and continue to use it . Yesterday the bottle fell from the table to the kitchen floor and EXPLODED Tiny shards of glass splinters flying everywhere , most distressing with 2 small dogs in the room, and cutting me. I phoned today with a request that the product bottle design be replaced WITH A PLASTIC ALTERNATIVE but after being transferred to 2 other people then cut off then phoning again explaining everything again and then being transferred to a recording device I await a reply. Will keep you informed !

I bought the ADAPTIL spray at a cost of £26 from Wheelhouse Amersham Vets and discovered after using it several times that it was totally useless,

They don't deserve even one star - the Adaptil collar is useless and it is impossible to contact anyone!! Do not buy this rubbish product.

Absolutely FANTASTIC Company, wonderful professional yet personal first rate customer service, i received over and above the help i expected. The Easyflex by Ceva is truly a miracle for our old dog jasper, he was virtually immobile with joint problems taking these chews for 15/16 days saw his mobility return to better than its been for years and his zest for life has returned thank you AND an especially big thank you to the lovely Kathrine from customer services who dealt with my questions
