Have now ordered a few products from CineGearPro and they’ve been great. Kept me updated on when items would arrive as some were on back order. Very helpful sorting out a new firmware for a product that didn’t work as expected, new firmware sorted it. Overall super impressed and prices are competitive too.

Despite a few critical reviews online I decided to buy here because CineGearPro were the only ones to have the equipment i urgently needed. (And I really searched for a long time _everywhere_) I must say that i am VERY happy with everything! Customer service was super fast (via email), all my questions were answered, and the delivery was even faster than expected - and all this shortly before christmas. I usually don't leave reviews for online purchases, but i this case I decided to do so because the experience I had exceeded all my expectations. Really happy! Love this shop. I always go here first for anything I need because the amount of care they put into everything. They obviously really understand all their products and have a passion for figuring out the latest interesting equipment. When I've had equipment issues in the past they've also been great at contacting the manufacturer for me and sorting it out.

Don't waste your time or be drawn in by small savings vs companies who have a track record of quality customer service. I have had ongoing issues with equipment purchased from Cinegearpro and their customer service is disappointing. Consistently slow responses to enquiries after sale and ultimately not taking responsibility for faults with products they sell. Save your money and go to CVP, ProAV, Wex - companies who all go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied.

I don't tend to write reviews . . . But I've just made a series of small purchases and I called a couple of times for pre-sales advice. It was great to have someone to talk to who clearly knew their stuff. Not your typical sales person. Fantastic service. Thank you.
