GAME Ashford inside Sports Direct

Really good escape room. Great location for first timers. Would recommend! Great fun and friendly staff running the rooms and all of the staff created the rooms personally so they really understand the rooms. Easy to find with nearby parking which isn't too expensive or there is free parking but is slightly Futher to walk.

Over priced for a game shop. Other stores offer much cheaper games. Lady was very helpful across counter tho. Sorted out my reward card and balance.

Disgusting customer service! Would not accept a return of toy in original packaging, because box had been opened! No seals on the box no damage to toy or box and yet no refund given.

I will never use this shop again and suggest others avoid. When the high street is dying you'd hope that shops would work towards encouraging People to use them not push them away!

Dissapoing experience, I bought a preowned game for £20 at 5pm on Saturday and the game was terrible so I took it back on at 10.15am Sunday morning to exchange and was told I could only trade it in for £5.
With the new xbox not having a disc drive I think it would be wise for the high street stores to look after customers. I wont be shopping there anymore, ebay and amazon have just gained my business.

Been going to GAME for the best part of 10 years for my preorders etc, I have had no issues with staff, they are friendly and talkative and the store is always presented well.
