GAME Croydon inside House of Fraser

Very unprofessional staff. Went in to pick up my physical copy of Smash but due to not being told that I would only get a digital code with my Smash bundle, the store assistant got angry at me for wasting his time searching the store room. At one point he literally waved me away as if I was a peasant. No other staff jumped in to deescalate the situation.
Avoid this store at all costs, they do not deserve your business.

Adversarial and unhelpful staff. I will be purchasing on line elsewhere in future. Another business that will fail in time to on line competition. Shame as it could have been a nice place to get advice and purchase. But the "eye rolling - sarcasm" from staff who assume I should have an in-depth knowledge of all games consoles and derivatives mean I shall not go there again.

The staff have a good knowledge of video games, consoles and accessories. They will offer you services (like insuring your game for £1) and inform you of any offers/deals.

I just wish the store was bigger as the selection can ve limited and Game, as a franchise, needs to improve on their offers as the PlayStation Network often betters them.

Staff not helpful, came to buy my son a phone, I guess being black does not allow people to have money, we come to but just like everyone else. What a shame. Been with game so long that now even my kids come to buy from Game. You managed to gain and loose the next generation.

I would just like to let customers know. I went to purchase a PS4 console before Christmas and was served by Lauren. I paid £200 pounds in £20 pound notes. I handed the money to Lauren. And was told by her that I gave her £190 pounds. My reaction was shocked...I then called my partner to say the £200 was under by £10 pounds he informed me it wasn’t under. I went back to the store to tell them she short changed me. By £10 pounds. I know in my heart she had taken the money. I have contacted game customer Conplaint’s and they have done nothing so I just want to let customers know be very careful handing over CASH. My only regret is that I went to game store in Croydon and not going to ARGOS. So be very careful count the CASH in front of them. They will be out to short change you

Their prices are too high, you can get cheaper prices online on eBay for example or at supermarkets such as Sainsbury’s brand new sealed.

Shame really as it must be hurting their sales.

That combined with games probably going digital one day will probably result in game goo bust like blockbusters...

Midnight releases aren’t as fun as they sound but getting to play the game as early as possible is cool and fun!

I purchased a brand new nitendo switch and they delivered it on the 27th November 2020 I ordered the neon model as I have two girls , so you can imagine my surprise when I opened it to check and found grey controllers, I tried to call and email , and got a reply today the 17th December 2020 'sorry we sent you the wrong one please send it back via post ' like that would get to me for Xmas day POOR SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IN FACT WILL tell all my freinds & post reviews where ever I can , they should have just sent me the correct controllers.

Pretty little spot inside of house of Fraser, my very own "Nerdvana". Really like how clean, tidy, and well organised this shop his. Also give Kieran a raise!! That gentleman went the extra thousand miles for my wife and I!! Very knowledgeable too, 7 stars out of 5 customer service. Well done!
