A whole range of clothes and accessories, I picked up a beautiful vintage red YSL belt for something crazy like £9! Audry is amazing, she’s so helpful, friendly, fun, and kind :)

I might be a little bias because I work part-time at the Retro Room, but you can bet your bottom dollar that I put roughly 250% of my paycheque back into the shop. Hands down best vintage in Oxford. Everything I could possibly want in a vintage shop. You never know what you're going to find rummaging around, from insane colourful, patterned 60s sets, to circa 2000 McQueen ballgowns. Both of which I've purchased and je ne regrette rien!!!!

I've given one star to the Retro Room because the lady and her assistant there were pleasant and polite when I first approached them. However, I was very distressed to find that a collection of items I'd left, which hadn't been sold, had been disposed of without my permission. The clothes had been there for some time, admittedly, but I'd been confident that I would have been contacted by the proprietor to ask me either to retrieve my property or to allow the shop to dispose of it. I had no notification that this would happen and as a consequence have lost garments worth several hundred pounds, some of them never worn. I had to accept this as my bad luck, although I think the shopowner acted carelessly. I have no legal claim because there was no legal arrangement made. I'm posting this now because the website says the shop is open and I want to warn would be sellers to be very careful to keep checking on the status of their property.
