Hi does anyone know how to get the appointment? I have been checking every day for the available slots online but they never have it! My flight is coming soon, but i haven’t got response from emails or calls either. Someone who got successful how did you manage to get it? Share your story please 🙏🏻

Totally useless. After 3 appointments there, I was assured repeatedly that my documents were sufficient - only to have my application rejected by the Consulate because they needed more. There is no way of contacting them via the phone - the helpline is just recorded messages. The ‘24-48 hour’ email response time is actually 14 days. Would give 0 stars if I could.

If I’m honest, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. After relentlessly trying to make appointments, we had finally managed to book an appointment through an agency (£130). The staff were incredibly rude and disgusting towards us. After wasting money on travelling into london, applying for visa AND finally booking flights etc. (which were non refundable) the visa didn’t even arrive at the promised time (it was 2 weeks late), the visa only allowed a weeks worth of travel which would be impossible to reschedule or book due to the prices. Absolutely disgraceful.

Terrible logistics. Despite appointment time, I've been waiting here for one hour and there are still 10 people in front of me. Staff are working like sloths in Zootopia. They process 1 person for 20+ min. In one hour 2 staff members processed only 3 people. Have not seen such a poor service in any other VFS or visa center in my 10+ years of world travel. Apply for French visa instead. They were at least faster.

Honest review about this place. The idea of applying for a visa is already daunting and you expect VFS will calm you down and offer alternatives/ options when things go sour. This isn't what I've experienced. There were no slot online and had to go through and agency and pay £149 pounds. Also, your visa from home system, ain't working, so please do something about it.

However, People from securities to attendants were lovely. (I should give them a 5 start for them,just them). They tried to give me directions of what to do and where to go when I needed my e tickets printed as my confirmation was not enough.but when you come up to the Italian assessment area,one would prolly think they know the ins and outs and options but for you not to know what a Eurostar reservation print out is beyond. Secondly, e ticket is e ticket. Be it from a agency or not. We can't produce an actual tickets,hence the printed electronic one. This isn't just
My experience but most of the people I spoke with. As an outlier to the consulate,you should know better. Once is enough.

It should be minus star for this place. They have no sense of time and full of all kinds of artificial delays and bureaucracy. They should be ashamed of their inefficiency. Compared to other Schengen countries in the same building, I really regret having chosen Italy to visit.

If there's something worse than anything you can think of that is Italy visa center. I would never ever go there or tell all of you not bother with them. Useless, or waist of my life staffs are one useless people. My appointment is at 10.15 got me to the counter at 12.30. funny thing is they keep blaming on COVID 🤣 what a jerk's

A disgrace of an organisation. Absolutely unhelpful. Service the poorest I've seen. Staff can't even manage to smile let alone do their job. Vfs can go f#@? Themselves
