I needed a Business Visa and used DJB to assist me with the process which during Covid times is far from simple for this particular country. Their service is excellent. Emails replied within minutes, checked I had everything I needed and I got my passport back within a week.

At first I thought it was a scam because they were too quick at replying to my emails and also informal, but it all worked out fine and quickly. I needed a business visa for Japan but I am out of the U.K. By using this service I could save the money for an otherwise necessary return ticket to England, and also managed to get the visa quicker. At the moment to get an appointment at the Japanese embassy you need to wait at least three weeks if not longer, but at DJB an agent had appointments scheduled for various days this month, so that was also very convenient. The visa was properly delivered and attached to my passport and I am now set off to fly to Japan. Thank you for the quick and reliable service.

We were very impressed with DJB from the start - the phone was answered straight away and we were immediately put through to someone who knew about visas for Japan (no waiting for the next available operator!) Carl told us exactly what we needed to send and an email arrived immediately with the information and the forms to fill in. Security was thorough and we duly received our visas. It was easy to speak with people at DJB if we had a query. Would highly recommend.

After previously being seriously let down by another VISA Agent, I had a short time to find a solution. I required a specific service, for a nominated visa agent to collect my VISA on my behalf (working holiday) as I would be unable to do so myself. Thankfully, DJB VISA's were able to step in and provide an excellent service especially on short notice.
