Would avoid.
We are currently living in Bermuda, and needed a Japanese visa for our trip this December. They were very responsive in the emails, and very patient and understanding even though we had some delays. They received all our documents in their UK office on a Friday (Nov 8). I was expecting that they will send it the following week, but they made extra effort to review and submit the documents to the Embassy on the same day. Exactly a week after (Nov 15), we got confirmation that our visas were approved, and they sent it back immediately to Bermuda. We received it on Tuesday (Nov 19)!
I love how they guided us on the step by step processes, and ensuring that our documents are accurate and complete before we mailed it to the UK to avoid duplication and extra cost.
Looking forward to working with them again in the near future!
All the best.
Cheers,
Jomari
The service from beginning to end from Bonnie and her team was excellent, professional, honest and speedy and I will be using them for further visas in future as well as recommending them to my employer for future visa issuances from the UK.

This is incredibly important for myself as I have to arrange flights accomodation etc for the trip to London to make this happen. Thus, in order to prepare, I contacted regent visas months in advance prior to ensure that they could provide a collection service (VISA's are usually issued one week after application) as it is unfeasible for myself to spend so long in London. They informed me this was a service they provided, and continued to inform me that they could provide a collection service, not only after initial enquiry, but also after emailing them confirming that I had my appointment at the Embassy and when they should expect me at their office, with the documents they provided me.
Even the day of my appointment I emailed regent VISA's informing them I will be attending the office after my appointment, where I will provide them with the recipient of visa application etc.
Upon arrival to their office after making the appointment I was informed this is NOT a service regent VISA's offer. I was completely confused especially considering the degree of email communication I had confirming that they had this service.
To continually provide me with the wrong information, potentially jeopardising months of planning for a trip, and costing me who knows how much additional money to resolve this error, is not just abysmal customer service, but complete failure of business.
If someone from Regent Visas would like to contact me regarding this, I can forward you my previous email correspondence and you can hopefully make amendments within your own business.
