Ingram Volkswagen Ayr

Poor site not what I would have expected of VW. Bought a new Audi instead salesman knew nothing about a Toureg.

It would be nice if cars were not parked completely blocking the path and access ramps onto the road.
The manager should take action to stop this...

I was concerned about the brakes on our vw up so I phoned to ask if they would take a quick look for my piece of mind. Absolutely refused as they are too busy - not acceptable from a main dealer on a safety issue.

Wow went with my cousin to look at car on motability and basically treated like dirt told us with snide look on reception face that car we looked at was top of range as if she could not afford it joke on you she can. so your dealship stinks when dealing with disabled you really need to have a word with this stuck up person

I thought they did a good job till I was driving home when car indicated low pressure in one of my tyres, as I was nearly home asked my husband yo put air in tyre were we discovered a big split in tyre, I checked the report and nothing was said they said all tyre were good, I could have had a nasty accident I've taken picture of tyre

Wow! I telephoned to seek an appointment to get put on a diagnostic machine due to engine management light being on.

This is a 5 minute job and costs £85 plus VAT but more incredibly they dont have an appointment until Jan 23 due to staffing😂.

I will now happily go local, pay less and get an appointment in a couple of weeks.

David helped me buy a new car at an incredibly stressful time and made the entire experience easy and stress free. He certainly deserves five out of five stars!

Fantastic garage. My car went in in a recovery truck. It was diagnosed within 24hrs and part ordered and vehicle sorted as soon as tge part arrived. Great customer service from Jason and his team with daily updates
