Such an awfully run business with absolutely no care for the customer and appalling communication. I bought a used car and agreed to collect the vehicle despite it still needing some cleaning to the interior. We were told that we could get the car valeted and send them the invoice for paying after it had been done.

On closer inspection (as can be seen in the photos) the backs of the seats were covered in animal hair, the previous owner had clearly had a dog in the back. The car also stunk of cigarettes and dogs. I'm using the car for work and will font be travelling in suits so a huge concern for me was that this hair would be all over my work clothes.

I arranged for the car to be thoroughly cleaned to remove the stubborn hair and refresh the interior to help remove the smells. This took two people approximately 3 hours of their time.

Sentinel Volvo then refused to pay the invoice or communicate to me the reasons why they wouldn't. I tried to call them everyday but was always told 'someone will call you back in 5 minutes.' No one ever would. I have given up trying now, they are impossible to deal with and I don't frankly have the time to keep trying and with the men who cleaned my car hounding me everyday for payment, so I resorted to paying them from my own pocket. I couldn't live with myself not paying people promptly for their services. Obviously this dealership don't care once you're out the door.

I emailed the invoice to Vishal - the accountant, 4 times, he didn't even reply to acknowledge once.

I would avoid Sentinel Volvo at all costs. Such a disappointing experience. 0/5

I have used Sentinel for many years and always rated them buy this year I needed a top box for a family road trip. The team went above and beyond to sort me out at short notice. Super friendly team and a great price too. Shout outs to Al and Monica. Thanks!

5 Starts is very little when reviewing the awesome experience I have had with Joe at the Parts Department. Even though my parts were only 504 Pence, the level of customer service was incredible! Thanks so much Joe and to Sentinel Cars.

You would be better off buying a car off Del Boy he is more trustworthy. I was sold a vehicle that was supposed to be top spec by the MD . On singing on the dotted line and trading in my top spec vehicle, I found out that many of the safety features were not on this vehicle. Asking for my old vehicle not to be sold an pick up the new vehicle from my house, then my place of work, on.both occasions no show or any communication. The MD offered to supply some aftermarket safety features ( which I’m now been informed is not possible to do ) so I agreed to keep the vehicle. I’ve had no communication from sentinel for over two months. At present I’m using an official Volvo dealership (Sentinel is NOT an official Volvo dealership but independent) with great financial cost to myself to get the vehicle I want. I have a case with the motor-vehicle ombudsman about this company. Please avoid them

This is the best Volvo dealership which I have ever used ! I've been using them since 2014 and I am very happy with the services.They are very serious people, staff is very friendly. I want to say THANK YOU specially to SANDIEP from the PARTS DEPARTMENT who has always helped me.

Fantastic service as always from Sandy in the spares department who was so helpful and knowledgeable not just about Volvos but Levc Taxis too..
I would leave a 10 if it was possible..

My family and I have been looking for a 7 seater for ages and popping into Sentinel Volvo Tottenham branch we were instantly greeted by Navadini … not only is she sooooo professional she goes out her way to carefully explain the options and customises exactly what we wanted.
Very professionally Navadini took my details and gave me choices and I went away to think about what was best for my family and I under no pressure.
Couple days after we came to a decision Navadini gave us such an easy process, paperwork was done, bank transfer was done, insurance and road tax was done, Gap- tyres-alloys-insurance was explained, such a wonderful experience.
To top off the whole experience Navadini herself came to my workplace and done the handover, extremely happy, very personal and so overwhelmed.
Navadini explained how to use the features, showed me carefully how to charge the car, how to park 🤣
Even after sales, she has offered me extra support and guidance and the communication and customer support is 100/100.
Thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience and YES I have named my car RICHARD after the general manger. love PHONG (13/08/2021)

If any of you receive a Malicious Email about Sentinel Seven Sister is closing down just delete it and consider it as junk mail. To the contrary the business is fully up and running, as I know as a customer for many years. It is the best place to bring one's car for servicing...etc and the staff are all helpful and kind. CR
