Very nice shop i had my carpet from them its really nice it was worth

I had a phone emergency so was forced to use the sister shop opposite HSBC. I asked for the price of a replacement screen for Samsung Galaxy A51. He gave me 1 option and said it would cost £85 and the screen was in stock. When I collected the phone it appeared ok and he then put what should have been the matching screen protector for £10 on too.
After using my phone for a few hours it was clear the buttons no longer aligned making it hard to use and that the screen protector didn't cover all the way to the corners of the phone. I returned to the shop but the person who served me originally wasn't in. I was told by his senior that I had been given a replacement screen but not the exact A51 which costs £150. I told him that I wasn't told there were 2 options to replacing my screen. I said the protector was also wrong but he refused to give me no more than £5 refund and said I had to pay an additional £65 if I wanted the actual A51 screen. He apologised and said he would "talk to his colleague".
I have now spoken to the original colleague in store who tried to lie that he had given me both options and that it was all my fault. He claimed there was nothing wrong and that he always tells his customers the correct information. Again he refused to listen to me and give me any refund.
I will never use this shop again and urge others not to do so too.
