You can get most gifts from the Works for all ages both girl and boy, man and woman.

I like the fact that the staff go out of their way to accommodate you and give you that special service.

There is a good selection of books I found a set on how to produce creative handwriting. The range also came with the writing paper need to write on. The pens and brushes were even on sale.

They offer a bonus card, I always forget this, but you have up onto 90 days to collect these points. I always pass by this shop. There is always something on interest in these shops.

I like this shop a lot and I always buy books there. I like the reasonable prices plus the selection of books sold. I enjoy browsing and the staff are helpful. I find the selection of self help books to be wide ranging and most books I get are from The Works shop on Holloway road.

Some great bargains to be found and some things you never knew you needed. I found some great pieces for classroom displays. However it's a little disorganised and tough to find things that you are looking for.

I had the worst shopping experience today.
My daughter bought to christmas presents totalling £22.00. My daughter used her student discount. 10% discounts should be £2.20 of the total but the till only put it through as £1.00. So we queried that the till was incorrect. The cashier said there is nothing i can do. Her supervisor said the same thing. I asked what is 10% of £22.00 is the both members of staff said that they didnt know and i was shocked at their ignorance. Both were very unhelpful and one very rude who told me to shut up. I gave items back and asked for a full refund. 😡

Nice store offering a variety of books, stationery, arts and crafts, puzzles, gift ideas and more.

Great for educational books and children have a great time visiting the store, as there is so much for them to look through. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great range of products, friendly staff and excellent quality and prices. You will be able to find anything. Great books in great prices. Keep up the good work and quality.

Great shop, good value though prices have gone up. Cut back on certain things but still a good range. Strange though in that prices online seem to be less than instore so check what you're buying before hand .

This isn't my local store but staff are polite and friendly.
It has AirCon too.
Staff seem proactive, ensuring items are kept clean and tidy.
Stock is well maintained and has a wide selection too.
Would definitely visit again
