Total Rubbish😡😡....they text to say they were collecting a package between 11.00 and 15.00.....I waited in till after 18.00!! but no collection. Now the people who need the package want me to stay in on another day for it to be collected😡😡

One of the worse businesses for customer service and value for money, the poor customer service team ( based over the boarder scotland way) not Preston where you are serviced from they have to relay messagese for you as you can not speak directly to preston. You pay £53.12 A WEEK to have your papers delivered to your business in a timely manner ( used to be 5.20am but your lucky if its before 6.30am or now 7am far too late to do my home deliveries but hey the driver is incharge and he dictates when he will arrive not menzies who you pay. ) Then when you complain you very rarely get a response, if you are a small business thinking of starting papers ??? There are better uses of your money!!!!

An incompetent business who hire staff that either don’t deliver on time or don’t deliver correctly. Customer service is horrific and of no help and there is no indication of when late papers or missing parcels will be delivered. I have been waiting for 5 days for a call back from the manager and there has been no response from them. I have had several parcels missing however they are delivered in the evening, what is the point!! Their website states “YOUR TOMORROW DELIVERED TODAY” they can’t even deliver yesterday’s news today forget about tomorrow!

12 months on almost daily complaints and still cant deliver papers to us on time.
Dont care when you complain just one excuse after the other and I am paying £70 per week for this shambles.
Can't wait to be out of this business.
