John Lewis is one of the best company I ever worked for, only through an agency but I still receive the same treatment and respect as if I would be a partner and I do appreciate it. Everyone is friendly and professional not only the colleagues but I even like the managers because they speak the workers language and they listen. I'm actually enjoy what I'm doing as even the customers are very friendly and making me feel like someone who matters. During covid 19 and lockdown everything is signed and posted about the informations needed to keep safe everyone in the warehouse and in the office. Also everyone receives glaves, masks, shoe covers and hand sanitisers to avoid any possibility of infection and even got test kits all the time just in case if someone having signs of the virus. The rules are very strict about keeping the vehicles clean and need to wipe the cabs before and after use so we can make sure it's safe to work. I could go on all day about the pay rate, hygiene, health and safety or doing risk assessments but I would have only positive things to say. Currently Im quiting smoking with Champix and received a week off because I got side effects and wanted to stay home and they organised my replacement so I can quit in my own homes comfort. Very understanding and professional. Thank you John Lewis for giving me this amazing work experience and keeping us safe in these difficult times.
