The workers in there are good and do their best but the machine where you check in is rubbish and only works when it wants to. Also the long queues to get in can be rather frustrating

All depends on when you visit, can be quick or can be hours. Open 24/7 so going in early is best.

Loading quality good. Long queues could use a bit more monitoring. However, social distancing is appalling. Shift Leader "space invading" not acceptable- we're not all young and we are being put at risk in this respect. Shame since they are mostly a friendly lot.

Log in at kiosk to acknowledge arrival, park at gate and wait. FLT drivers will assist and direct you. Loaded in minutes. Move off, strap up, log out of site via kiosk at gate to acquire paperwork. Time on site, approx 1hr. All very slick. Well done.

Why have phone message system only to ignore it!! Slow loading. Queue left collection, right delivery .
