Several reviews on TrustPilot note lower value items being received and no refunds completed. This was the case for my order, with the advertised product being immediately removed from the site.
They do not respond to emails well or have a clear contact centre. They do not seem to answer the number advertised, or have a clear company mailbox message. I only found the company information after logging this with PayPal as it is not clear on their website.
They do respond on TrustPilot but this is misleading and contrary to the content of their emails (see attached).
Avoid
First off my ordered item's shipping was extremely delayed with no proper explanation. Their incoherent tracking mechanism is a mess. Buyers are lead to believe their orders are shipped for free. Then when parcel finally arrived from overseas, they try to extort additional shipping costs. Then I was forced to go to post office to pick up, can only receive parcel only by paying additional extortion fee, when order was supposed to be delivered to my home address, only to discovered they sent me an entirely different it, a vinyl LP record, and not the rare collectible item I was lead to believe I ordered. Now they flat out refuse to refund my order and offer no coherent reason why. There's no phone number to reach their supposed customer service, and when you try contacting them via portal on their own platform, all you get is ignorant generic replies not even related to your concerns which they themselves messed up???

Like many other reviewers, I did not receive the book I ordered and so far have not received a refund.
Ordered a book on the 4th of May.
10th June - "Hi, where's my book"
"Yeaaaaaaaah, we ain't got it, don't know if we are gonna get it"
Gets an extra star for speedy responses and (currently) processing the refund quickly.
If you haven't got it in stock, don't sell it as if you have. You wasting your time, more importantly my time, goodwill and there is no way I can recommend this company to anyone.
Useless customer service wasting nearly 2 months of my life, telling me an additional order would be sent only today to turn around and say oh no we can’t.
Stay away and order from somewhere that can actually provide books!!!!!
