Outstanding Customer Service. Just bought a 1.2 VegTrug from Costco. Got it home, set it up and then discovered an issue with the cover. Spke to Costco who wanted me to return the entire product which was all screwed together by this point. They gave me the contact details for VegTrug. E-mailed them direct and tghey immediately responded (within 15 minutes), identified the issue and agreed to send out a replacement part. This arrived in less than 2 days. Outstanding. No hassle, no quarrels, no arguments. This is how a good company should be run. Thank you. Will definitely recommend and buy again.

The trug base was fine but the cold frame was badly made as several of the pieces were warped and an entire window had to be replaced. In high winds the cold frame windows will be lifted straight up and slammed back down again because they are not fixed. On asking the company if they provide anything to fix the window to the framework I was told to use a bungee!! Using a bungee on something that cost an awful lot of money it’s not the ideal solution. This is a ‘nearly there’ product that needs further tweaking to make it value for money.

Really impressed. Bought a VegTrug from COSTCO a few years ago and have been delighted with it. However, due to being out in all weather, the PE greenhouse cover had finally had its day and ended up at the tip. I was really struggling to find a replacement cover so I emailed VegTrug Support directly. Their response was very impressive. A number of emails bounced between us all on the same day and within the same day, a replacement was already out for delivery to me. Well done VegTrug! Good to see such good customer support.
