Crème de Vape

Honestly i never write reviews. But the service of this company is second to none. They are, simply, fantastic! I tell them my juice has exploded and i had a faulty tip - they replace it no questions asked. My cool fire expired after 60 days (by 3 days) and they offered me store credit. Honestly, you cant go wrong. Great company, exceptional service, and i am totally happy in endorsing for 5 stars, and im not even getting paid. People should buy from this company simply to prove that great customer service is all that matters.

I have used these for various products and they are flat out brilliant! From the pricing, the delivery speed, the communication, even the presentation of the items when you receive them (you'll understand me when you order) will be using them for hopefully many years to come. Thank you

*edit: I had a minor issue with one of my recent products, sent a message to them and to my supprise they respoded within the hour! Issue completely resolved. I even got a reply to my thank you message. I agree with a previous reviewer, you actually feel like your dealing with a human being. Its rare online nowadays.

If like me, you're the kind of person who appreciates products that are made to the very best of standards, using the best materials on the market than look no further. That said, they sell products for everyone regardless of budget but, for me at least, this is the only place in the UK that sells the kind of vaping gear that i consider the very best. I also have to mention that the customer service i received is the best customer service i have ever been given from a company without exception. I wont go into details here but suffice to say they went out of their way for me, massively, when they had no obligation to whatsoever. They did it simply because they wanted to help me and for that they have a life long customer.

Excellent, normally 'next day', service which is reflected by the quality
and choice of product ( in my case, 2 x Kayfun Lite plus tanks and a Steam Tuners Top-fill addition) each received in perfect packageing condition. All this and a chocolate caramel too!!

Gotta say, this came quick and such lovely packaging, I wish I could add the picture! I ordered wire and cotton and it was packed in blue paper with a gold 'creme de vape' sticker. What a nice touch! Wire is FIRE and I've tred some cellucotton. Cheap order with deluxe treatment, what a great place. Respect!

Excellent service from Creme de Vape, I ordered just before Christmas and it arrived next day (Christmas Eve!). I am loving my dicodes Yogs pipe it is wonderful as my old pipe broke, this one is even better. Am completely chipper👵🏼😊!!
