Terrible turn around time when collecting here. Traffic office aren't that friendly, they expect you to read a massive book of H&S rules. Traffic office is a tiny, covid hole and the toilets are grim. Can be waiting hours for 6 pallets loading onto your truck, it's painful.

Used to work there, i am not going back. Pretty underpaid (until recently). Of you need a quick job for a short term then worth it.

I will update once I have been there a bit longer but seems pretty good, the final product which goes to the customer is as always top priority, so employees are given the beat training to ensure final products are correct always.

Although outwardly the company advertises inclusion and easy progress for hard workers there is problems such as racism and a lot of favouritism with managers hiring and promoting friends ahead of staff who have been working on agency for many years and are more skilled and experienced ! Just getting a permanent contract can take a lifetime. This is endemic in the Ted Baker Warehouse through all departments but some are worse than others .Ted Baker as an employer is not all that “Ted” wanted it to be ..if you can find somewhere anywhere better then don’t work here but if you are desperate then it is okay for a short time.

Really nice people here, but they are confused about covid protocols.
They ask that you use your own pen to sign their paperwork, but they hand you the paperwork which could potentially be contaminated, its the same with giving you the keys to your truck back, when they ask you for them they get you to put them in a tub, thats great, but when they give them back to you, they put their paperwork, door seal and gate pass into the tub too, potentially contaminating your keys.
More thought is needed here folks

The member of staff greeting customers was RUDE, be aware if you go to one of their shopping days you are not allowed to take any bags in with you including handbag and only 2 hours for general public to shop, worth a visit though

I work here as a Security Officer, I must say all the colleagues and management work here as a; one big happy family.
Everyone is treated with Respect. Honour & Dignity.
Best place I have ever worked in.
