Great company, find and but their candles and diffusers online, seemingly unending variety!

Firstly, let me state that I know my candles. I burn them constantly. I have my favourites, and I decided to try Copenhagen Candles as the packaging and colours are attractive, they are multi-wicked and the scents sound appealing. Sound is the operative word. I purchased three (thankfully at a considerable discount). Tropical Island, Florida Grapefruit and Citrus. They all burned unevenly, tunnelled and therefore required constant rearranging of the wax. The wicks also smoked very heavily. Most disappointingly, though, there was absolutely NO scent. Not even a whiff. I burned them in my living area, and the occasional waft of scent from the opened box of washing powder in the laundry room (two rooms away) was stronger. Will definitely not buy again.

To be greeted by a very rude man saying this was
Not for public only for retail???
I questioned whether we. Could come I. And purchase which he said. No because of covid!!
Whatever!!
