Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Can't understand why the Newspapers market allows this kind of monopoly.
As a retailer my business regularly suffers from missed deliveries, late deliveries and missing credits.
Then when you claim for missing credits they routinely ignore claims for weeks and weeks until you give up. The complaints procedure does not work either where you get promised a phone call in 48 hours which never materialises.
If I had a choice I'd never use them.

A bit chaotic at peak times but nevertheless focused for a good business relationship. Fast and well problem solving staff and management. Every challenge or problem dealt with professional and helpful standard. Happy to do business with.

I do not recommend this job, even though it is hard to work there, the employees are not appreciated. I worked there for some time and I can say that they only require more and more, the contract has different end hours and you stay longer and you are not paid for it. There is a problem to go to the bathroom, friends of people who work there in higher positions can do what they want and take extra breaks. In one opinion, this is the worst company I've ever worked for

Awful avoid this company. Operating manager Christina very unprofessional when it comes to recruitment she would misguided me. And didn't even bother to talk after making mistake

Unbelievable. Once again newspapers are late in our Luton corner shops, (24/12/2021) and u charge the shops for delivering!!!? People want their newspapers today, not get yesterdays news!!!. Poor Management at Smith's News, one excuse after another this year . Hopefully, u will get it right in 2022.!?

Busy distribution centre. Long wait to get loaded.
