Helpful staff some of the staff are very kind & helpful a couple of staff need training in manners but who we deal with are lovely & the warehouse lads are kind & helpful.

ive been using this company for several years now and they get worse and worse with every order, items missing every single order and horrible vile customer service.
my latest order i had received my order plus another shops order......rang in to sort the issue and it took 6 yes 6 attempts to get through to someone......every time i started to speak i was hung up on, when i did get through to someone i was told i was being blind and couldn't read and that its clearly my mistake and incopantace.

the pickers cant pick the correct products
they can't read the order forms to check what meant to be sent where ive received multiple orders that aren't mine
all around rudeness from all departments
refunds cannot be processed only credited to your account
you cannot see your account credit or past orders on your account so there is no way of tracking items

Avoid this company at all costs

Very easy to use, a real bonus for shopkeepers , too many big businesses trying to take over , making it difficult for local business.

A tight tip, but staff helpful and friendly
