having been stranded at the park n ride in my broken down car. My battery in my phone was dead I had to ask John Lewis out for help at 5.45 in the morning. The chaps was very upstanding and managed to allow me to get in the warm and find a lead to charge my phone so I could call for help. thank you so much !!

Jul 21 An immensely convenient collection point for John Lewis on line or in shop purchases. Saves car parking charges. A really valuable service.

I had purchased some bulky items at Cambridge centre store and needed to return them. Given Cambridge had awkward parking arrangements for shifting large items I took them to trumpington hoping they would take them. Answer is no despite my disability. JLP now has been taken over by people who write rules with no common sense and the younger employees are robotic like a sketch from little Britain. Don't take stuff back there that wasn't ordered thru there.

Easy collection but make sure you have the right id. If collecting for someone you will need YOUR photo id.
