Terrible company. Travelled an hour because they said they had my product in stock. They didn't, therefore they said they would deliver to me at a certain date and time. They didn't. Caused me to be massively out of pocket. Wouldn't recommend.

Really outstanding service and quality.
I had tried multiple other suppliers to find an obscure hinge assembly eventually I was directed to SDS. I wish I had gone there in the first place. Boom within 2 mins we had the hinges as a pair. Bought and paid for. #happy client. The guys behind the counter are knowledgeable and offer to source items via their sales and enquiry team given a little time. Brilliant.

I have ordered online so I can collect the next day. Most products were in stock. But needed all ordered item,s that day.
I got a refund on the none stocked item I needed. Refunded fast from head office with no problems at all. The shop in Wimbledon is handy for me. Will shop agin for my next job.

Made an order with a lady called Sienna, she was very helpful and because of her I will be using SDS again without a doubt!

What a joke of a place! I waited 25 mins to pick up click and collect order. There were two people in front of me in a queue, only one person serving customers.

All your ironmongery needs under one roof ! Plus the staff are well versed and knowledgeable on all things ironmongery !
