Iv gotten carpets, bed and mattresses all still in great working order to this day after two and a half years after my purchase. Got carpets done around 8 years ago in my 5 bed room house and service was great. This included one of their most luxury carpets for my large lounge. They came back and dealt with a couple of issues that popped up later.
Went to get some flooring for an 8 bed house I am renovating (they didn't know that) and they were not bothered. One was helping for a couple of minutes then went into their office. When I asked for help again, one of the guys seemed to question the other sarcastically as if I was a waste of time. You've lost a good bit of business here mate.

Fantastic service. Very professional, helpful and patient. Bought vinyl and it was cut to size and delivered to my address in Croydon in the area I requested in less than an hour of our conversation. Very pleased with my vinyl and will definitely use them again and recommend them to others
