Waitrose.com Enfield Customer Fulfillment Centre

Awful service from this new Waitrose facility. Since my deliveries have been supplied by them rather than my local branch they have failed to deliver but took payment, cancelled deliveries on the day they were due & have been late. They have less choice & stock. If you too are migrated to them try to get slots from another supermarket, it isn't worth the stress.

Poor item choice and stock. Since they took over the supply of Waitrose groceries in my area many items have to be bought elsewhere. The range is pathetic compared to othet supply centres with staple items not stocked at all. The only decent aspect of their service is the drivers. Great professionals, helpful and polite. I cannot believe Waitrose would allow their standards to sink so low, with customer support really unable, for no fault of their own, to provide any meaningful resolutions to the disgraceful service provided by this place, that frankly borders contempt for the customers that pay their salary. This supply centre is an embarrassment to the brand, totally offsets the superb quality of Waitrose products making it worthless shopping with them and will hopefully be shut down when it loses enough customers. Really miss the fabulous service of the amazing staff at the South Woodford branch that truly made it a pleasure to shop with them and delivered a standard of service expected and worthy of this company.

My previous Waitrose order was only two weeks ago and it arrived (although an hour or more late) from Enfield to East London. Today, no text messages, no order and when I phone, I was told my order had been delivered. No more Waitrose orders for me by the look of it.
