Try not to use this company. they have lost our parcel. Now blaming driver week ago still no parcel asda don't won't to get involved but it is their responsibility

I waited in all day. NO contact and NO notice that they could not find my property. They just gave up and didn't deliver the goods. Glad I took a day off work to install the underlay they were delivering. What a waste of my time and money. Thanks for nothing Yodel, which is exactly what you delivered.

they did not even knock on my door to pick up the box .they did not even leave a message a card to say they came .prob is they go by sat nav so it goes at the back of my house, not the front door. plus i was in all day waiting bloody useless they are /#../.'''/////ts im mean how thick can you get fence and gate at the back of house ,front of house is a front door with car parked out side on drive omg stop i want to get off this earth .

I live in a block of 100 flats in central Brighton. They could have posted it in my letter box but couldn't be arsed to try and get in the building. Im expected to pick it up near shoreham airport>Miles and miles away. Stick it where the sun doesn't shine. Will never buy anything that is to be delivered by this bunch of cowboys.

I had to put one star to allow me to comment. My goodness thank goodness I'm not the only one who thinks this is an appalling company. Why on earth don't companies use the good old Post Office parcel service - or whatever it is called this week !

Ebay should stop using Yodel as the the courier for the Worthing area rings the door bell and then just leaves the items on the doorstep they obviously cannot wait for the householder to walk down a15 stairs to answer the door

I nussed the pacel dilivery and the card said if dont hear from you, parcel will be diluvered next day. Waited in all day next day no parcel. On the sirry i missed you card the put no date and no time. Ne phone number to change redilivery uf i wanted. Looked on google and a number not local came up and was £6 per minute plus normal phone charges. Its disgusting as tomorrow everyones at work abd i have to sign for it. Ahg!!!!!!

Took day off work so I could set up my virgin Internet and they didn't turn up and said they've left a card, but there's nothing here they didn't come at all.
