If I could give this company no stars I would.
I have never experienced such a sham..
I paid for next delivery but it failed to arrive so a wasted evening waiting for it.
I was then told next day that it wouldn't be delivered to the following day, again in the evening, again it failed to arrive and as the next day was Saturday I couldn't speak to anyone until Monday when once again I was told it wouldn't be delivered until the following day.
By now six days have passed and my plumber postponed twice, so no one was happy.
Eventually it was delivered 5 hours later than promised!!!!
I run my own business and have couriers deliver to us all the time but I would not use Hawkins Logistics ever again.
Absolutely the worst service imaginable.

I have put one star as it is not possible to place less.

DO NOT WORK FOR IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET PAID FOR 5-6 MONTHS

In a few words - completely and utterly unprofessional. I work in credit control and have had many dealings with this company, all negative. We should have known when they told us 'we don't pay waiting time' when our truck was on site for 3 hours!!!

We did transport work for this company and was not paid for over FIVE MONTHS. I cannot count the amount of times I spoke to their accounts and was completely fobbed off for payment. Complete waste of my time.

They then did a single job for ourselves which they demanded payment for, whilst not having the common sense to put any payment terms on the invoice, so I placed this on the payment run at the end of the month.

To my disgust, I was told that 'this wasn't good enough' - I could not believe what I was hearing. I also discovered that although they were chasing for a payment of around £300 for the June account, they owed one of our other companies over £1200 for June too which they surprisingly didn't mention, or had any intention of paying.

As they threatened bad feedback, I completed a payment on the bank to them, albeit reluctantly, but this was paid. I have since been informed that although we paid the invoice, they did NOT pay the invoices to ourselves and lo and behold, left us back feedback anyway! So not only do they not pay their invoices, but also their word doesn't mean a lick of anything to anyone.

This is an absolute joke of a company and we have since banned all work from them. I would advise anyone against working with this company at all costs, there are other ways of banging your head against a brick wall.

Poor company. Delivered damaged shower tray, reordered. Waited for the delivery slot and nobody showed up, called office only to be told the driver is stuck in traffic and would be there in a hour. Nobody came and the office closed. Called the next day and was told the driver forgot. I find this hard to believe as he was actually on his way to me according the girl I spoke to the previous day. I complained and asked to speak to a manager who didn’t want to speak to me she just said it will be delivered the day after next and there is nothing else them or I can do. Totally unprofessional.
I have a customer who hasn’t had a shower for a week, my job is running 3 days late and my shower tray is on a tour of England
They’ve taken no responsibility, it makes you wonder how companies like this survive.
Matter reported to homebase escalation, hopefully they will have better luck than me

I had a delivery from Hawkins a bit ago now. The allocated time slot passed so I called the company. After holding for just a couple minutes I was helped. They explained some traffic issues and said they would ask the driver to get in touch.
