Purchased a cooker hood for a kitchen makeover. Only noticing a damaged corner having had the item for a number of weeks (fitting was delayed due to cancelled annual leave), I contacted Ship It Appliances. They were prompt in their response, understanding of the situation and more than helpful in offers to put the situation right. Hood looks great & wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I contacted them over a month ago about a cooker hood that was less than 3 years old and the motor had gone. Warrantee for parts was for five years, so they agreed to send me a new motor, then sent wrong one which was delayed in sending, then said they would send the right one, this was delayed sending out so agreed it would be sent on the day we were due back, and it hasn't been sent again.
THEY ARE A JOKE DON'T USE THEM, CAN'T GET SIMPLY THINGS RIGHTS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought a cooker from them. It’s has destroyed my cupboard in less then a year. I have had nothing but trouble with it. I have had to buy a new cooker 8 months on as it was destroying my kitchen. On contacting the company they have said as the cooker has been removed there’s nothing they can do. So that’s a cooker and Cupboard that needs replacing and a lot of wasted money. I would never buy from this company again. My advice would be to stay well clear of you his company.

Avoid!! Bought a faulty SIA hob over 4 months ago and the issue has never been resolved (hob continually randomly switches off & locks every few minutes. Item also never stops beeping, so has to switched off at the mains). Been back and forth with engineer visits, however it now appears that the parts cannot be sourced. SIA have been unable to provide any date that I can expect the issue to be resolved!

purchased in august when it finally turned up the fittings were missing and it was very poor qulity returned item strait away still chaseing the refund in october that has not been payed now will have to to dispute and charge back via credit card or sue them advoid this company at all costs

I placed an order last night and wanted to confirm something with them today so far I have been told. " YOUR CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. PLEASE WAIT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE AGENT " for the last hour. I have tried all 3 options. Not a very good start. I finally got through the conversation lasted 2 mins and I got the answer I needed. Im going to up it from 1 star to 3. Let's hope everything else is alright.

As a delivery driver wheh I arrived for a 7.30am booking slot I found the main gates to the entrance half closed, all the staff arrived and looked as they passed by, at 8am I contacted a very nice lady called Sarah, who told me feel free to open the gate! Apart fron that little hiccup the staff on the delivery door were pleasent and efficient a good tip out

Disappointed
Cooker hood failed within the so called guarantee period
I am now told that guarantee doesn’t exist because I didn’t register it
Nothing on instructions or receipt to say this was required
They just refer to an obscure link on the website
