Awful company!!! Gave me a 30 min window to deliver my new tv. Didn’t arrive within that time and refused to wait 10 minutes for me to get home. The 2 delivery men were so rude and the company should be ashamed to have such people representing them! My worst experience with a delivery company. AVOID

This delivery service is hopeless
Unhelpful very poor communication untruthful
And for this reason I will never buy through Appliances Direct who use them
It has caused me great anxiety just to get a washing machine to a holiday cottage which is still not delivered
Now I have cancelled it

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL
I was unfortunate to buy a washing machine from a retailer that used this company.
It seemed that the parcel had done something to them, as they kicked it and banged as if they were trying to punish it. They scratched my front door and living room
I also had paid for disconnection of old appliance and connection of new. To disconnect the old machine they just simply pulled the hose and wire, without closing the tap! This caused a lot water to come out on the floor, the staff seemed to find this very amusing, and rather than apologise they made jokes about how long is going to take me to clear the mess. As I was trying to stop the water from flooding the rest of my kitchen, they saw their chance and just dragged the old machine and left without installing the new one or even unpacking it.
The reply from customer service is the usual, we will look into it.. blah blah... we need more information.... our standards.... but not even a suggestion they will reimburse for services charged but not provided.

These people need to be put out of business!! Item was apparently loaded onto the van yesterday and out for delivery at 1:30 today. I had a call at 3:15 from the chavvy little delivery driver saying they would be here within 1 hour. 5:15 rolls by so called back to see what was going on, no surprise had no answer! So rang customer services who said they ‘should be with me in 45 minutes’ ,It’s now 7:15 and have just had an email to say the delivery had failed?!? The tracker showed they were 1 drop away within spitting distance from my address 5 minutes before I had said email!! Now have had to re-book the delivery which at the earliest will be 1 week from now! Absolute cowboys!! If you’ve had an order shipped with these jokers just cancel it and go somewhere else that will use a company who have at least a vague idea of how to get things from one place to another!!

Absolute terrible customer service! No help at all! Don’t bother to check customers phone numbers to see if they’re correct! Absolutely atrocious!

Purchased a TV and the company I used, used these as the courier. Delivery was arranged for last Wednesday but I couldn’t make it so rearranged for the following Friday. Had a message on the morning of delivery saying they couldn’t find the TV and someone would be in contact with me when it had been located. I was not given a time frame and after badgering them on Twitter, they eventually said it would take 24-48 hours and would be contacted. A week later I still have not been contacted or given any information, even though I have been contacting them. I called up and spoke to someone who said they would send an email to the warehouse team to try and locate the item, and (yet again) someone would contact me, which they didn't. I have since checked the tracking, 24 hours after I spoke to someone and there was an update an hour after I made the phone call saying the order has been cancelled due to an "Administrative or Procedural Error", even since this update, nobody from the courier has contacted me to explain this.

This is a terrible company, and I would not trust them to delivery a take away!

Apparently they aren't allowed to do anything else than leave the parcel in your hallway. Very gentlemanly thing to do to my wife.

Great warehouse, very good staff there.

It is never easy to run a huge warehouse property like this. Even though we have had some operational problems, professional staff always try their best to accommodate all the customers requirements, which gives a fast way to deal with all barriers front of faces. Especially when they met their own problems, the whole team showed an enthusiastic attitude to their customers.

Good leader, reliable partner to work with!
