I contacted Kettler to make a warranty claim in July.
The staff were extremely helpful & efficient & after submitting photos & details of the garden furniture which hadn’t lasted as long as the warranty stated I was give a replacement, which arrived promptly on the date they stated.
The whole procedure exceeded my expectations! I would like to send a very big Thank You to all the staff who dealt with my claim.

Very Poor Quality Product and Service
Kettler would do well to remember "a good reputation is hard-won and easily lost"
Unfortunately the Kettler name no longer means anything. I have had similar problems to other reviewers. We had a parasol which was rarely used and well looked after. The very low quality tilt button broke after 2 years. We had probably used the parasol 4 or 5 times. I have run out of energy trying to get the problem resolved.
A decent company would replace the item - we didn't do anything wrong. It's a manufacturing fault caused by using cheap inappropriate materials for the job it's meant to do.
The after care again I'm afraid is very poor. Numerous emails and calls were ignored leaving me to constantly chase up. It almost appears deliberate. Well done everyone at Kettler - I have given up. You should not treat the very people who have supported your business for years so poorly.

I would give 0 starts if I could. I bought a table set in June 2020 (from John Lewis) and received a damaged table. They put me in contact with Kettler. It is unbelievable how incompetent Kettler customer service is. Every two months I was told that I will receive it soon. Finally, I am told that new stock will be in Jan 22nd and I told them I want a delivery in Feb. Today it is Feb 1st and the sales person told me I am not assigned a stock!?!?! What is this? a joke? How incompetent a company could be?!?!?

Bought my second RHS steamer approximately 18 months after buying my first one. The original quality was excellent and the chair has lasted well. Kettler has replaced the high quality metalwork with cheap replacements but I notice the price hasn’t dropped!! (£359 RRP).

Don’t waste your money thinking you are paying for quality, you will buy similar elsewhere for half the price!

SHAME ON YOU KETTLER - for abusing the value of your brand and your customers loyalty.

Needed a couple of parts for my Panasol gazebo so rang customer service today. Spoke with a really pleasant and helpful Customer Service advisor called Emily. She sorted out my issues very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. If only all customer service departments were this switched on and helpful.

We have just purchased a Charlbury range of furniture and covers. The retailer has now been to the house twice today to replace the couch and both were wrongly manufactured - legs of different lengths. The coffee table has now been checked and that is also at fault. I have phoned Kettler and the response was one of complete disinterest. Do not but this product.

Very stylish furniture BUT the customer service is appalling. We have a number of issues with the quality and the problems have still not been resolved. The response to emails is very slow, can be up to a week to answer a simple question, with mixed messages offered.

We’ve now missed the whole of July and I’m sure this will continue through August. We just need to resolve our problems.

Bought Charlbury Corner Sofa, Table and Bench last year and really pleased with quality, look and comfort. Also bought the covers for these and protected furniture and cushions 100% over the winter and withstood rain and snow brilliantly, and kept in place by corner elastics - well worth getting. Recently purchased cover for bench as it was out of stock last year.
