Decathlon Distribution Centre

Dire customer service - no number to call and they just direct you to Facebook direct messenger which I’ve had no answer on for 19 hours and counting.

Bike was “in-stock” hence why I chose it even paying more than I wanted to as I wanted the bike promptly.

The site still says delivery today, yet it’s not even been dispatched - truly awful - they are clearly advertising and selling bikes they clearly do not have! Avoid.....

I couldn’t give zero stars but wanted to.

Click & Collect has never been easier.
Centrally located and easy to find.
Park right outside the collection point.
Reception always has helpful, cheerful employees to help and assist you with heavier items if needed.
Decathlon DC in Northampton is a shining example of how easy and simple online shopping can be.

Just went in to drop a trailer on a bay for another driver to pick up later gatehouse staff nice knowledgeable and know which trailer goes on which bays with no messing about

I have visited on several occasions but only to collect items from online orders. Easy to access, plenty of parking for both cars and bikes, friendly staff and it's open outside normal working hours.

Ordered a Coleman garden dome on Wednesday with expected delivery Friday. I needed it for a BBQ on Saturday and this is why I bought it from Decathlon due to speedy delivery service when others had a 5-7 day wait time.

Got a bit worried on Thursday as it was still not dispatched at 4pm so I contacted them via Facebook messenger (so glad they use this to communicate with customers. More businesses should utilise it since we all have Facebook these days) there was about a 30min wait in response however they were really busy with other customers in front of me. The delivery was confirmed to me by Ana who assured me i will have it Friday.

Ana was lovely and professional.

I got a notification at 8pm that my order was dispatched with DPD.

I can confirm the order arrived at 11am on Friday so on time.

I am giving decathlon 5 stars for:

- great product selection
- easy web navigation
- competitive pricing
- speedy shipping with DPD
- use of DPD for their shipping provider (best and most reliable courier)
- use of Facebook Messenger for customer communication and chat
- fantastic customer service provided by Ana

I have no hesitation in recommending Decathlon to others.

From A to Z the service is fenomenal.

I am certainly going to visit Decathlon in the future for any of my sport, active and outdoor needs.
