One start is too good a rating for them. Shockingly bad. Scammed me for £63 for hand sanitiser a month ago and it has not arrived. Emailed and called and no response. It is now in the hands of the card company. How are companies like this still trading in these times when the equipment the purport to provide is desperately needed? The leave vulnerable people stranded and just take their money. Unbelievable......Avoid at all costs and tell your friends to do the same.

Really poor service. ordered items on 8 January 2020. Repeatedly had to chase for updates. Finally they ignored my email on the 10th March so we ordered elsewhere. Then they sent the items without warning. Customer services say they are overwhelmed and we cant get a full refund, no apologies for the lack of information just state we "should have read the terms and conditions on the website"

Difficult time but they cope.

Oder was coming slowly but got here in the end.
