Arrived 3 hours before booking time and was sent away. Then got back 30 minutes before booking time and was kept waiting 4.5 hours to get on a bay and nearly 1.5 to take 13 pallets off. No sitting in the cab at any point, no working tea/coffee/food machines. There are so many yard and warehouse staff just sitting about and smoking that if half of them did something constructive it may move a little quicker.

Normal Amazon two many yard marshals and not enough workers there over 3 hrs unlucky if you have to deliver there
